About Ross
Ross has 20 years of experience in professional business development. He is the Founder of Balmoral Partners, a portfolio company that began in 2006 as Therapy Direct and has since acquired sixteen other businesses along the way.
Ross is a lifelong learner and firmly believes there is a strong relationship between spirituality and leadership that is rarely discussed. He meditates and journals most days, loves walking in nature and believes that business and leadership is about Inspiration, Co-Creation and Empowerment.
His first book, ‘The Business of Health’ was published in 2019 and a second ‘Ageing and the Andropause, Reclaim your youth with Testosterone Replacement Therapy’ in 2023. A third will likely focus on listening to your intuition and business growth.
In addition to his own M&A activity, he mentors other business owners who want to scale their businesses using the key concepts and foundations that have allowed him to scale six 7-figure companies and successfully exit two.
EXPLORERS GRAND SLAM
He has a long term plan of completing the Explorers Grand Slam which is conquering the 7 Summits plus setting foot on both Poles. To date he’s summited Kilimanjaro in Tanzania (African Summit), Aconcagua in Argentina (South American Summit) and Mount Elbrus in Russia (European Summit).

Balmoral Partners is a Portfolio Company with a vision of assisting entrepreneurs to scale and / or exit their businesses. Most companies join at the 1-5 million range and the goal is to scale past 100 million by 2025.
The six main current verticals are Alphagenix, Beacon Homecare Services, GT Vision, JHP Recruitment Group, Normedica, Safety Mundo.
Alphagenix is a Men’s Hormonal Healthcare company improving access to hormone replacement therapy and educating about Andropause. Beacon Homecare Services provides domiciliary care across England. GT Vision and Normedica offer medical supplies, devices, and pharmaceuticals worldwide. Safety Mundo delivers health and safety services, all supported by JHP Recruitment Group, which offers recruitment services in the UK, US, and Middle East.
